Bestech Group was founded in the early 1990s by two civil engineers, Dharmendra Bhandari and Sunil Satija, and has since built its base in Gurgaon while extending operations to Mohali, Dharuhera and Sohna. Bestech Group was founded by Mr. Dharamendra Bhandari & Mr. Sunil Satija in the early 1990s, and believes in building more than trust through quality, continuous improvement, timely deliverables, efficient designs and customer satisfaction. Over more than three decades the group has moved across four verticals: residential, commercial, retail and hospitality. Bestech Gurgaon has successfully delivered 25 million sq. ft. projects and has about 30 million sq. ft. future projects.
The group's Gurgaon portfolio spans well beyond any single micro-market. On the residential side it built the Park View series, including Park View City, Park View Grand Spa, Park View Sanskruti, Park View Ananda and Park View Altura in Sector 79. On the commercial and IT/ITES side, it has delivered Bestech Chambers, Bestech Cyber Park, Bestech Central Square, Bestech Business Tower on Sohna Road, and Orient Bestech Business Tower. Bestech Group also has a strong presence in the hospitality sector through partnerships with global brands like Radisson. Bestech has a 200 room 5 Star-Radisson Blu Hotel in Indore and another similar 200 room Hotel in Nagpur, both operational, along with two 4 Star Hotels, Park Plaza in Noida and Radisson Blu Suites in Gurgaon. The group has also carried its mixed-use retail model outside Gurgaon, with Bestech Square in Sector 66, Mohali, and Bestech City Centre in Dharuhera.
In Sector 92, Bestech Group's presence is anchored by Bestech 92 Market Place, a neighbourhood retail and entertainment development spread across roughly 5.71 acres. The commercial and retail property is spread across a sprawling 5.71 acres that will leave you spoilt for choice, be it retail, entertainment, food-court, hypermarket, restaurants, or small shops, with ample parking spaces of over 1000. The centre was designed as an open, low-maintenance arcade format rather than an enclosed mall, and its unit sizes run from small retail counters up to larger format spaces, reflecting a catchment-driven design rather than a single-anchor mall.
The project's design brief was handled by an internationally known retail architecture practice. Designed by the architecture firm Chapman Taylor, the development incorporates an attractive triple-height atrium that dominates the entrance area, serving as a meeting point for visitors. The centre carries HRERA registration GGM/380/112/2019/74, dated 09.12.2019, placing it within Bestech's formally approved commercial pipeline in New Gurgaon.
Sector 92 sits in the New Gurgaon belt, off Pataudi Road, within reach of the roads that define this stretch of the city's growth corridor. Located in the heart of New Gurugram, the project enjoys connectivity to other parts of the city and Delhi-NCR, with major connecting roads including KMP, Dwarka Expressway, and Central Peripheral Road. The property is situated in the prime location of Sector 92, Gurgaon, strategically located near NH 8, Dwarka Expressway, and Pataudi Road, offering easy accessibility and connectivity to various parts of the city. IMT Manesar, an established industrial and employment hub, lies close by, feeding daytime and residential footfall into the sector.
Bestech built its retail centre against a residential base that has grown up around Sector 92 over the past decade. The locality in sector 92 is home to numerous housing projects and has a dense catchment of over 50,000 residents, with residential projects catering to all sections of society and generating demand for all kinds of products and services, giving Bestech 92 Market Place an immediate target audience. That density is one reason Bestech chose a neighbourhood-format retail centre here rather than a large regional mall: the brief was built around daily and weekend needs of an already-settled catchment rather than destination shopping alone.
The Dwarka Expressway corridor, officially the Northern Peripheral Road, runs close to Sector 92 and has become one of the more closely tracked micro-markets in Gurgaon over the past few years. Dwarka Expressway, also known as the Northern Peripheral Road, stretching approximately 29 km from IGI Airport in Delhi to NH 48 in Gurgaon, is transforming into a high-demand location for homebuyers, investors, and commercial developers alike. Sector 92 itself benefits from proximity to this corridor as well as to established employment nodes. It is 4-6 km from Pataudi Road and Dwarka Expressway, offers apartments, builder floors and plots in the premium segment, and is about 9 km from NH-48, with IMT Manesar only 7 km away.
Around the sector, social infrastructure has filled in as residential blocks have been delivered. Nearby landmarks include a Montessori pre-school and day care around 1.6 km away and Ayushman Hospital roughly 2.47 km away, ensuring timely medical attention. This kind of daily-needs infrastructure, layered on top of a resident base in the tens of thousands, is the backdrop against which Bestech positioned its 92 Market Place as a walk-to or short-drive retail option rather than a destination requiring a trip across the city.
Bestech Group's approach in Sector 92 mirrors what it has done elsewhere in the city: pair a residential catchment with a purpose-built commercial or retail asset carrying the group's name. In Gurgaon this pattern shows up in Bestech Business Tower on Sohna Road and Bestech Cyber Park in the IT corridor; in Mohali it shows up as Bestech Square and Bestech Business Tower in Sector 66. Sector 92 Market Place extends that same playbook to New Gurgaon, giving the group a retail foothold in a part of the city where residential supply has been arriving steadily along the Dwarka Expressway and Pataudi Road stretch.
